Specialty Modular has been in the business of leasing and selling modular buildings for over 10 years, and over 30 years experience. Because of our efficient building process, modular construction is able to provide our customers with a fully functional building typically faster than standard construction. The Specialty Modular Team

Specialty Modular has completed major modular building projects and related services for many clients including Greymont Mine, Spokane Baptist Church, Thamert and Ft Peck Tribes. We combine a wealth of major project management expertise with project management processes designed to exceed the expectations of the most demanding clients. We have the organization necessary to develop and manage a project from the initial program and design phase to delivering the keys to the customer. A satisfied customer is our primary objective.
Don Ruesch – President
Started in the modular industry 30 years ago working for GE Capital Modular. Don worked his way up through the industry, growing the business at several branches along the way. He has worked on many large customer projects (i.e., Intel over 50,000 sf of modular space) to many small to medium sized projects (like Alamo rent a car and others). Don has handled the challenges of opening new branches. He has had several promotions in his career up to a Regional Sales Manager. In 2012 Don decided to take all his years of experience and open his own modular company – Specialty Modular Inc. To date projects worked on numerous classrooms for public and private schools, laboratory for special chemical testing, custom office buildings, custom office for chemical testing, diabetes medical building, church multi-purpose buildings…etc. Phone: (208) 322 6911 Email: druesch@specialtymodularinc.com
Robin Ray – Sales manager
Robin has 31 years’ experience in modular construction services. In her current position, she has sales, estimating, contract and project management responsibilities and coordinates all interaction between the client, occupants, building departments and site services personnel. Robin has received numerous awards for being a top sales performer throughout her career. One of the projects that gained her lots of accolades is the one pictured here Riverstone School, located in Boise Idaho. Robin has worked on projects for public and private schools, hospitals, mining, custom office buildings, labs, MRI and CT buildings, Church buildings, Entertainment facilities…etc. She is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
